The  Bhutanese national gown was codified above four hundred decades back from the  17th century, during the reign of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. He launched a countrywide gown to market a unified identity for all of Bhutan.  In 1989, a legislation was passed that required all Bhutanes
